NewVines International – Church Missions Partners

Dear Church of the Holy Spirit Family,

Thank you for your choosing NewVines International to be the Mission focus during this year’s Holy Week services. We are encouraged and humbled by your generosity to our Adopt-A-Widow campaign!

Your gifts – through donations at church and via our webpage – totaled $6919.84, and included several church members who chose to become recurring donors. Thank You!

CHS’s generosity has yielded 5 individuals who have fully funded a woman for two years, plus additional funding for the group as a whole.

This is a great start to our campaign!  We will continue to run this campaign until the entire group is funded, or the year ends.  In the meantime, we will assess the group’s food needs and attempt to meet those through our Mercy Fund, while we continue our training in Financial Literacy and Small Business Development.

You have not only given these widows the opportunity to work toward financial security, but you will have shown their children that there is a way out of financial poverty.
